We are a loose group of organizations which measure aircraft noise in their respective countries.
At present we work in
- We measure aircraft noise where it disturbs humans.
- We provide for transparency - the aircraft noise measurements are published via Internet.
- We publish scientifically valid information about the consequences of the aircraft noise load on humans and on the earth climate.
- To support persons and organizations all over Europe in their fight against aircraft-noise by supplying hard arguments (like measurements).
- To thereby supervise European airports and support the demand for a European-wide night flight prohibition.
- The web pages affiliated to EANS prove that today disturbance of night rest by aircraft noise is very common all over Europe.
